Who is responsible for the treatment of your data? Clínica Fernández Blanco, S.L. You have all the contact information, as well as the location of our offices on our website. What do we collect and use your data for? As you can understand, we need your data for the realization with the due guarantees of treatments, aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery interventions. For the proper provision of our health services it is very important that the information you provide is accurate. We keep the data, in accordance with the Law (link to 41/2002, article 17.1), for the time appropriate to each case, at least five years. Remember that this information is valuable to you in case further treatment is necessary, so unless you tell us otherwise, we will keep your medical records. Legitimation: Article 6.1 (b) we process your health data for the purpose of completing a contract with a health care professional. Transfers: We will not transfer your data to anyone, unless you tell us to do so or it is necessary for the protection of your vital interest. Rights of individuals: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion or limitation of treatment by sending your request to Clínica Fernández Blanco. Do not forget to attach a copy of your DNI/NIE or identification document. Although we take your privacy very seriously, if you do not agree with the way we handle your requests, you can go to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
